Cisco Catalyst Center 3.2.1 adds granular stack switch synchronization to improve ServiceNow CMDB accuracy and ITSM workflows.
Cisco Catalyst Center 3.2.1 introduces Granular Stack Switch Synchronization, changing how stacked switches integrate with ServiceNow CMDB. Previously an entire switch stack appeared as a single combined record; the new feature syncs each stack member as a separate asset.
This improves inventory accuracy, streamlines lifecycle management, and enables better ITSM workflows including incident management, change requests, and problem coordination across network and IT operations teams.
