Huntress has redesigned its Managed ITDR dashboard around a scenario every help desk knows: an employee says they clicked a link and asks whether they are compromised, and the answer should not take an hour of pivoting between tools.
The new dashboard adds Rapid Identity Triage for quickly establishing the state of an account, Failed Login Characterization to distinguish password spraying from a user who mistyped their credentials, and Quick SIEM search to pull related events without leaving the view.
The redesign is aimed at compressing the time between question and confident answer during identity investigations.
